Plant prices may vary depending on order size and project schedule.  Orders will be taken on a first come  first serve basis.  All bulk orders will be guaranteed by a predetermined contract between Farming Biodiesel  Inc. and you, the client, to insure that your planting schedule is met on time.  All contracts shall contain the parameters of payment, completion, and delivery dates of your order.

Our plants are intended for growth in a controlled farming environment.  These plants should not be planted in the wild as they may affect the natural ecosystem of your region.  Jatropha is not a weed; it has to be planted.  Please be responsible when growing jatropha.

Example of a large farm oil production

A farm planting 1,000 plants per acre would produce an average of 11.6 barrels  (55 gallon drums) of oil per acre in one year's time.  On a 3,000 acre farm, it would produce 34,800 barrels of oil totaling 1,914,000 gallons of oil.  At a minimum of $1.50 per gallon, the raw oil would produce an income of $2,871,000.  If the oil is converted into biodiesel, at $3.00 per gallon, the biodiesel would produce an income of $5,742,000.

Assuming all factors remain constant, your total income would double and triple in years 2 and 3, respectively.
